"I love this modern, well decorated hotel, very close to the main square and to the pedestrian Jiron Kima, with pkenty of restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, ice cream shps etc. Staff was very professional and friendly, willing to make our stay the best experience. They booked for us the transport to Juliaca airport and carried our suit cases to the minibus. The only limitation is that the hotel street and the adjacent Jiron Lima were pedestrian only. "The staff at the front desk were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the rooms warm and the water hot. The location can not be better, walking distance to Plaza de Armas.
