"The standard room was just too small for the 2 of us who are very tall. The family size room was a huge improvement but of course for more money. The room was very clean. I found it odd that hotel staff even the front desk knew very little English. They rely on the translator app."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with plenty of room for our suitcases. Located in a quieter part of Shimbashi, the hotel offers a peaceful and comfortable place to relax while still being very convenient. The underground access to nearby train stations, shops, and convenience stores was a big plus. The self-service laundry was also very convenient and a great feature. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location, and we would happily stay here again!"

"Hotel is near the train station which is a huge help to get around Tokyo. Staff was very helpful and hotel was very well maintained. Just be aware if you have a tattoo you cannot use the pool or sauna"
Shinagawa Prince Hotel

"Over all it was a fine hotel; the room has more space than other ones even with two beds. The breakfast: the variety of food was overwhelmingly wide, so it was pricy. I would like everyone to make sure to charge the phone in the room: they do not let us use the outlet in the building unless you pay ¥1,400 for a cup of coffee in the cafe on the second floor. The lobby was very very crowded with groups of the guest, which is great for the hotel."

"This hotel is in the perfect spot. There are a ton of things that is in a walkable distance and the metro isn’t far either. The hotel itself was very nice. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again."
