Hotel Millennium

"The Millennium Hotel was an adorable boutique hotel, located just a five-minute walk from the train station and across the street from Lake Maggiore. My room was gorgeous, with a bed that felt like sleeping on clouds. Everything was extremely clean. Breakfast was delicious and the proprietors are very nice. They even offered to arrange a transportation card for me, but I couldn’t take advantage of that because, sadly, I only stayed one night on my way to Milan. I hope to return and stay longer."

"A great place to stay being a short walk from the railway station located near the lake. Upper floor rooms especially floor 4 have very good lake views. Reception was very good and helped with lots of good advice to make my stay even better. Breakfast was very good with all the usual on offer. The dining area is spacious and there were always tables available regardless of arrival time. Room was large, well equipped, very comfortable and quiet. Bathroom with large walk-in shower was excellent. Happy to recommend and would use again if back in the area."

"We stayed in the Modern Double room & although small, it was perfect for two people. Very clean & comfortable with an amazing location on the Piazza Grande. Numerous restaurants located in walking distance. And the hotel has a wonderful restaurant right on the piazza. Although there’s no front desk, the hotel’s virtual contact (Marcello) was quick to correct any issues."

"The location was fantastic, only a few minutes from the train station. Surprisingly quiet with my window directly facing the train tracks. It was very clean, quiet and well kept. Automated check in was great and I never needed to contact the staff, other than to get my Ticino Ticket emailed to me. Make sure to use the Ticino discount Ticket at almost any attraction, and all public transit in the Canton. Big news for cat lovers, there is a shy but friendly long hair tabby in the area that wonders around, always a bonus! "
