"We asked for the view but received a room at the bottom floor which has nothing like what was on the picture. The sheets and towels were not changed, garbage not thrown out and toilet filthy. There was no specific guidance about how to bring the car to the entrance so we spent a lot of time going around and around the town and did not know how to open the passage road to the hotel. "
