「This is a wonderful hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything to me, which was a relief. The staircase was spacious and lovely. The room was also decorated in white, which gave it a clean and comfortable feel. When I opened the door, I could see the cathedral right in front of me. I am very satisfied with the wonderful experience of being able to see such a wonderful view every morning. Thank you very much.」

「We asked for the view but received a room at the bottom floor which has nothing like what was on the picture. The sheets and towels were not changed, garbage not thrown out and toilet filthy. There was no specific guidance about how to bring the car to the entrance so we spent a lot of time going around and around the town and did not know how to open the passage road to the hotel. 」

「This hotel is clean and comfortable. We are sartisfied it. But if you don't have a car, it's difficult to go out to the town because this hotel is located on the hill.」
