"The bathroom faucet had broken hot water so all you could get was cold. I had to leave for the airport early, before breakfast time, so there was no coffee available. Other less high star rated places I’ve stayed in had a keurig in the room and an nespresso machine or something self-serving in the lobby. Not this place. All they had was a water boiler and powdered instant in the room. Not at all what I would have expected from a place like this. Hot coffee in the morning for guests does not seem like too much to ask. "

"This was an absolutely amazing experience! We stayed at D6. Beautiful, comfortable accommodations. Bathroom was so cute and nice! Woke up to a gorgeous sunrise and view of the water. "Absolutely would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic, or even family get away at a great value. The villa we stayed in was Tsutsuji (sp?). It was much more than expected. Clean, comfortable beds, very nice indoor soaking tub and outdoor jetted tub. Needed Google translate to figure out tub and bidet controls. Multilingual instructions on operation would've been helpful. No microwave in room. The plan included Japanese BBQ dinner and breakfast for two. Yakiniku platter was plentiful with a nice variety (though wife would've liked more veggies). Please note: the park's walkways are hilly and steep. Scooters are available for those with mobility issues; check with park for details; the bus stops and shops in the park close around 5:30 pm."

"Manager was rude, un kind and unprofessional. I believe he may have been drunk. He yelled at my children and cornered me because my son did not put on a shirt quick enough from coming off from the beach. He also yelled at us for not showing from coming from the beach and we simply went for a walk. We never got in the water. But he ran after us and told us we needed to shower outside before we went to the room. We rinsed our feet but apparently that was not enough. Horrible horrible stay and terrible manager. We have on video as well him yelling at our children "
