「This hotel was clean, well staffed, and full of amenities that elevate the stay to a high level. I appreciate the balance between selve service and carefully guided options. While not elaborate in decorative or stylized furnishings, every area was clean and modern, as well as minimalized enough to not feel cluttered or confusing. This was my first stay at a Drury Inn, but it will not be my last!」

「I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. The exterior and the common areas need some love but inside the rooms they are great. The most comfortable beds and a door to close out the living room. The rooms were clean and had everything you could want. I stayed here while my dad was in the hospital at BSA and it was a short drive to the hospital and which made it so nice after being at the hospital to be able to come back to a nice clean safe room and shut out the world. 「This was a return visit for us. The staff was wonderful. Our daughter left a stuffed animal on accident and they were able to locate it and get it back to us. We look forward to visiting again.」

「It was an average stay. It was 90 out and we had no air conditioning in our room. Breakfast was pretty good.」

「We arrived to a broken sink and spent our entire stay trying to get it fixed. We made several requests, but the staff ignored us and never checked the room. When we asked for a refund or a room change through Expedia, the hotel lied and said they had already moved us to a different room. They refused to help or offer any solution for the inconvenience. Extremely unprofessional experience.」
