While the staff was super sweet,nice,etc. At first glance,the hotel is clean,but after waking up realizing the bathroom had roaches,ceiling above the shower had black mold,the door didn’t lock. Fruit on the breakfast bar had mold,but saying this. I know it’s under construction,to better it,it does have potential.

They are doing major reconstruction right now and there were containers everywhere. There were no working vending machines. However, the place was clean and quiet and should be nice when remodeling is finished.

The property was OK but is being converted from an Extended Stay to La Quinta Inn and the parking lot and lobby was filled with construction materials. The posting on Expedia should include this status / condition. The breakfast was very good.

We stayed the night in the middle of their remodel! They did keep everything safe and clean. The room was beautiful and clean! Loved the high ceilings and the ceiling fan!! Breakfast was great!

So, we showed up and complete remodel, no clue just went to where GPS sent me. They are no longer Hawthorne but La Quinta. Also, the AC unit in ours did not cool our room. So, just know if you make a reservation here, nothing shows on the outside and it is a La Quinta now or shortly. Other than the AC and no knowing where we shoed up to, the breaksfast was good and the room was clean.

They are currently remodeling so the pool and hot tub were inaccessible. The breakfast was limited no milk was available. Pillows need to really be replaced their horrible. The shower hose was something I remember from the it's. However it was quiet

Hotel was under renovation so not very appealing during my stay. In fact to get ice the staff had to climb over boxes to fill my ice bucket. The room itself was clean & quiet so I had a decent nights sleep.

Building is under reconstruction, piles of materials lying in lobby area. To get to the ice machine requires climbing through pallets. Matter of time before someone trips and sues. Breakfast was lacking gluten free items. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Staff was very helpful.

Room was good but the bathroom needed extreme cleaning. They did not clean or make our beds they only replaced the towels. Front desk staff was not friendly and I had to call out for them to come out of the back room. Also, I feel the hotel should have had some kind of notice that they are remodeling and renaming the hotel.

There is a lot of construction and renovation going on with this property right now. It isn't really fair to review it at this point. Our room was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was adequate and the staff was friendly. However, there was a lot of mess in the hallways and common areas as the construction & renovation is going on. The property really needs this upgrade so we are happy that it is happening!

Friendly helpful front desk staff. Property under renovation and should not be open or advertised as "very good". The room I stayed in was in poor condition. Tub shower did not drain, sink faucet crappy, mattress was garbage and very sunken. Terrible accommodation!
