"Windows in our room leaked, the put a towel in it. We finally removed it when it started smelling musty. My husband fell off the platform out front, it took forever to get someone to help. Front desk employee who was just leaving work came over to help. She had to call repeatedly for someone to come assist us. They took a report gave him an ice pack and a band-aid. No further communication to check on him. Sliding door was hard to lock, kept blowing open during the storm. Not enough chairs by the pool, pool was cold. Other pool was closed. No special pool for adults only. I could go on with more but will just say, I will not stay there again. "

"We loved the property! It is quiet (unless the roosters are crowing in the morning) and so peaceful! Takes you away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to drive many places! "

"Very noisy! The balcony’s are being replaced, which is a year long process, all of 2026, but let me book a room with a balcony which I couldn’t use. I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known. "

"Check in was a little delayed. Property very clean and nice. No stove for cooking but everything else great.Wonderful location for the beach and local businesses. A must for breakfast is Cinnamon’s, and Moke. Kailua is a great town. Would definitely come back. Aloha til next time."

"Our family of 12 stayed here from March 4–8 and had an amazing experience. The property was exactly as described in the listing and honestly even better than the photos. The home was very clean, and the check-in and check-out process was simple and seamless with great communication from the property management team. The location on Kailua Beach was perfect, sun rises were breath taking and everything was within walking distance, including local shops and Kailua Beach Adventures rentals. We would absolutely recommend this property if visiting the Kailua, Honolulu area.Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"Zack, the host, was readily available and responsive to our questions and requests. We were surprised to find that the access to another unit in the complex was across our patio which was right outside our living area. It was awkward to have strangers coming and going so close to our living quarters and I think this should be disclosed in the rental information. The unit is dated and worn.The kitchen is haphazardly equipped, with old cookware, chipped dishes, a mishmash of wine glasses and cooking utensils. Furnishings were fine, as were beds. The 2nd bathroom down one flight to the pool deck was labeled for our unit, but I think was also used by other renters. I know Hawaii continues to get more and more expensive, but we felt this unit was overpriced for the above stated reasons. "
