Set on the ground level of the property, this spacious apartment brings together practical comfort with a gentle coastal ambience, creating an inviting place to slow down and enjoy time by the sea.
The open living area provides a comfortable space to gather after sun-filled days, complete with a split system air conditioner. Soft natural light fills the space, helping the apartment feel peaceful from the moment you arrive. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped for meals and includes a Nespresso pod machine for a relaxed start to each morning.
Designed with ease and comfort in mind, the apartment features three bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and a private ensuite, along with its own split system air conditioner. A second bedroom includes a double bed, while the third sleeping space features a tri bunk. As the tri bunk is positioned in the entry area rather than an enclosed room, it is best suited to children.
A combined bathroom and laundry adds convenience for longer stays, with a shower and toilet to complement the ensuite.

- Please note that construction is currently underway on the neighbouring property, where a new home is being built.
