「Plenty of room for a studio in a peaceful country setting.Well equipped with some thoughtful extras.Would have been happy to stay longer.」

「A super break in a warm, welcoming cottage. Everything was spotless and comfortable. Would highly recommend」

「It was our second visit and everything was just as good as we remembered.」

「Had a lovely one night stay in the beautifully decorated and accessorised accommodation. Bed very comfortable, every comfort you could wish for provided. Peaceful, provided breakfast in patio garden when we saw a deer slowly walk through front garden. What a treat! Recommended!」

「Lovely cottage near Saxmundham! Very cozy and plenty of space. We enjoyed the large tv, and off street parking. 」

「Lovely old cottage and we had a great time. There are a few things guests should be aware of. We didn't realise the opening to the bedroom upstairs was only 4 feet 2 height until after booking. We managed but others might not especially if you need to get up in the night- bathroom is downstairs. As 2 guests have to sleep in the annexe 2 keys to the main front door should be provided rather than having to wait for people in main house to get up. Annexe needs a WiFi booster. Plus a small welcome...

「Everything you could need and ask for. Perfect location if your going to Snetterton circuit」

「Great location - just off the main street. No allocated parking, but simple enough to find on the street. Would recommend :)」

「The apartment enjoys a central location in the lovely quaint coastal town of Southwold. A very comfortable, spacious flat with plenty of shops and places to eat on your doorstep. The bedrooms are on a slightly lower level to the living room and kitchen area and would benefit from some sort of coloured strip to draw your attention to this as the flooring is all one uniform colour. An accident waiting to happen! Otherwise a really nice place to stay.」

「A very comfortable stay at the Teepee, we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The shower worked well but the tray & trim needs some attention. It's a great location for the high street and beach.」
