Upon entry, the second story boasts 3 bedrooms (2 King bedrooms and 1 bunk bed room) and 2 bathrooms. There is a living area as well as a deck on the second floor. On the third floor, this is where the main living space is located with astounding views of the beach. An open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen overlook Tybee`s South beach. Off of the dining room is the main viewing deck that includes a spiral stair case to a roof top viewing deck where you can catch the best sunrise and sunsets on the island.
There is an expansive backyard with a private beach access through the dunes to the beach that can be utilized or guests can use the public beach access directly outside the property`s gate.

Guests will be provided with a code for entry 24hours prior to check in (so 4pm the day prior to check in). There is a gate to enter the private neighborhood. Right now for access just simply push the gate open and then close it behind you after pulling in. It should be replaced soon to have a code but for now it needs to be opened manually until that is fixed by the neighbor.

This property is located on the South end of Tybee Island directly next to the Chatham ave beach access. The property is located in a gated neighborhood to allow for a private and relaxing getaway while also being located walking distance from the island`s best restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping, and bars!
