「Friendly staff and beautiful property 」

「The toilets DO NOT flush! Our group of friends had taken three rooms and ALL of them had plumbing issues. One of them changed the room to another floor and still the same issue. Another one not only had the toilet blocked, but even the shower drain was plugged. Water went out of the washroom, into the room and out into the corridor while taking a shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful but it is impractical to call then every time one uses the toilet. Not giving one star because the...

「シングル料金がありリーズナブルで、町からも近く便利だった。従業員がフレンドリーで、ツアーのトラブル解決を色々と手伝ってくれたので助かった。観光から帰ってくると果物が置いてあり、心遣いがうれしかった。朝ごはんも美味しかった。シャワーがちょろちょろとしか出なかったのが残念。」

「Poor facilities. Very small room.The toilet seat is unstable and shaking. Worst, the lady at the reception refused to accept the Expedia price of the room and demanded additional payment.」

「The hptel is how we expected for the price at comfortable Standards. The staff is very friendly and supportive. We felt safe and left our luggage safly at the hotel for a day in mombasa.」

「My stay in Cool breeze Hotel, was disappointing. I was asked to pay extra amount for AC. Which was already payed for on Hotels.com. I was told if I do not pay the extra cost for air conditioner they will not check me in. I paid it and asked Hotels.com for a refund, unfortunately the Hotels.com was also not helpful in my case. 」
