「There were cold days when the showers were not easily heated. The air conditioner in the room could not be turned off and it was so cold.

「The name Sheratton (with double t) confused me with well known quality hotel owned by Marriott. There is no quality in this hotel. I didn't feel like even taking a shower. The only bright spot was the breakfast. I ordered Spanish omelette, my wife had sunny side up egg, but instant coffee because their coffee machine was broken. I got the expression from the description that it is 3-star hotel. It shouldn't have more than 1 star.」
「Me and my party enjoy our stay. Our flight for the day we were to check out was a late flight and management was kind enough to give us a late checkout. The apartments are very comfortable and clean and accommodating Keith was very kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay a highly recommend these apartments. 「Mombasa is HOT! They have A/C and while it is not real powerful it was a life saver and adequate! The cleaning staff was great especially Pamela who did so much for us! I would rate it highly for the type of hotel」
「The taxi had a very difficult time finding the place. We had to beg a towel. Breakfast was at least one hour later than announced so, because we had planned an excursion based on the announced breakfast time, we had no breakfast, though we paid for bed and breakfast. The bathroom floor was wet. 」
