「This is an older property, though we appreciated the updated carpet, decor, and a sizable flat screen TV in the room. The room and public spaces were clean and tidy. Note that the hotel does not have the "typical" Hampton lobby or breakfast area layout. The low ceilings and narrow entry/front desk area are a bit off-putting, especially if guests are expecting anything similar to most Hampton floor plans. Unfortunately, our 3rd-floor ceiling "creaked" with any movement of the upstairs guests...

「Great staff members」

「This motel is just across the street from the Kaiser Sunnyside hospital. There is ample parking. It is clean and safe. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was convenient and nourishing. I was grateful to have this accommodation so close to the hospital where my family member was getting care」

「Stayed here because it was close to a testing facility. The building and room were pretty dated, but you get what you pay for. The free breakfast was a nice bonus. Pancakes , waffles, bacon, cereal, the works! Overall, a basic stay in a convenient location for what I needed.」

「Although I paid for breakfast, I was charged twice and the amount was deducted from my account. I am very dissatisfied.」
