「There was dog fur all over the floor! So it def didn't seem clean coming into it. We could've complained but we were only staying one night and didn't want anyone in our space after arriving. Secondly pulling out the pull out bed we had to rearrange furniture for it to fit. Everything seemed cramped. The kitchen needs basics like oven mitts and salt and pepper. I don't get why the reviews are so great for a motel.」

「Overall very nice. I just missed protein for breakfast since it offered only a continental breakfast. There was a fun pancake maker, though.」

「This place had everything to be a great stay, but it’s terribly maintained. We spent the long weekend there and from the moment we arrived we were told there was no internet and we would get a 20% discount on our stay. I asked about this and multiple times staff confirmed they would refund 20%. They also said it would be fixed in 24h, then another 24h and so on. It wasn’t fixed, and I am still waiting to get my money back.」

「Room was exceptionally clean. Location is great, centre of town. However, this means it is also extremely loud. We were possibly in the worst room (104) right next to the main entrance. We went for 3 nights and all 3 mornings, we had a large group of cyclists meeting outside our unit at 7:30/8am. They were very loud, yelling directions and riding plans — they would leave at 9am so sometimes over an hour of the yelling. At night, the pub across the street was thumping until midnight (?) and it...
