A wonderful window that connects the outdoor space and the inside of the house allows a constant breeze creating a sense of freshness inside the room at any time of the day. When entering the living room you will find a three-section sofa where you can enjoy a pleasant moment, take a quick nap or watch a movie in the 47' Smart TV. Also you will find a low table and a chair.
The living room shares the space with a fully equipped kitchen with a set of modern appliances that you will
need for your stay. We assure you that you will love having breakfast at the kitchen bar seated at the countertop chairs, one of the most pleasant moments of the day for sure.

A few steps away in the living room you will find also a half bathroom.
- Master bedroom: It has a comfortable king-size bed and a full private bathroom , It also has access to a small balcony so you can go out and look the sky full of star as you take a deep breath before you get into bed.
- Second room: It has a comfy queen size bed, and a beautiful window.
- Full bathroom: Between the 2nd and the 3rd room, this villa has a full bathroom.
- Third room: 2 double size beds and and a huge window where you look the sky as you take the time to rest.
- Pool area: In this Wonderful villa you will also can enjoy the beautiful pool, where you can rest the entire day! You can cook something delicious at night and sit around the pool to spend a beautiful time with your friends and family.
Water purification: In Tulum the water is not potable, but this villa has a huge purifying water system so you don't have to worry about it.

Location
We are located in a really nice place of Tulum and close to everything you need for your well-being. Nature, Restaurants and Art Spaces. We are also at a short distance from the most beautiful beaches and cenotes in the entire Riviera Maya and tulum, magical & beautiful city (15-30 min By bike or car).
It is very important to know that near our location you will find all kinds of shops. Pharmacies, supermakets like Super Akí, and restaurants like Burrito amor, Del cielo, Con Amor (Vegetarian and Vegan Options) Campanella Cremerie (Coffee Shop) and more!
