Whether relaxing on the rooftop or exploring Riviera Maya, you’ll feel the calm jungle energy all around you. We can offer optional Tulum airport pickup/drop-off and local recommendations.

Free parking is available in front of the building. The first-floor garden and communal pool are shared. The rooftop pool is private and unheated.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm; checkout is at 11:00 am. Self check-in with key collection from a lockbox. A separate access code opens the building, not the PH. The entrance is on the third floor and the PH spans two levels. Exact key-collection and building-access instructions are shared privately before arrival.

Sleeping arrangements: one king bed, two twin beds, one double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Children are welcome; the maximum occupancy is six people in total, including children.

Pets are considered case by case and require approval before booking.

Water, coffee, bed linen, towels, soap and toilet paper are included with your stay.
