PLEASE NOTE: in the last few years Tulum has been experiencing a shortage of water and electricity due to rapid growth and higher demand for these utilities. Which means sometimes the city shuts water or cuts electricity without prior notice. This affects all residents of the city and has become a norm in Tulum.
