The place is kept very clean. It has restaurants and 24 hour convenient store on site. In lobby, it has flight schedule display, and a luggage scale. The staff are always checking if anyone needs help, from returning room key to carrying luggage. "

"We have stayed many times and it is always convenient with the free shuttle from the airport and another one to the Aeon Mall. Lovely forrest & lake to enjoy as well as the Onsen at a small cost "
