「Hotel sits up on a hill in a quiet area, but has food and shopping near by. Great stay for one night while travelling.」

「When we got there we thought the elevator was going to break on the way to the 3rd floor. The room was semi clean and had a stench to it. The pool was absolutely disgusting it had a film all around the top glad we didn’t plan to get it. The breakfast service was horrible there was nothing left when I got down at 8. Had to go to the front desk to tell someone it needs to be serviced. There aren’t many choices around holiday world to stay but I definitely would not recommend this hotel.」

「Keys to the room continuously did not work properly, there was construction inside the building, trash cans overflowing at breakfast, etc. The only positive thing I can say was the front desk young lady was wonderful and tried her absolute best to make everything as accommodating as possible.」

「Great location right off the highway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for an inexpensive stay, with free breakfast and a pool, while visiting Holiday World, this is the place. It’s sorting noting the hotel is EST, and Holiday World is CST.」

「Our room had an infestation of spiders. Upon checking the mini fridge it was found to have food/drink residue and hadn’t look liked it was ever cleaned. The overall cleanliness was poor across the whole motel. Would not recommend staying there!!」

「The hotel and rooms are just old. It’s a quirky feel which is fun when you know the history of Santa Claus and holiday world. The staff is extremely nice and one particular member was there for my son when they needed him and I am greatly appreciative of that. It’s good for not hanging at hotel a lot and a place to stay. Otherwise things could get re vamped a little? And if not that’s ok…it is what it is! And enjoy that part of it! We live this town and everything about it so really they can’t...

「Do NOT stay here. The staff/ownership are completely unhelpful and inflexible to the point of being verbally abusive. STAY AWAY!」

「The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool was out of order (and small), so my kids were bummed out. Breakfast was provided, not necessarily good, but was available in a pinch. Unless there was a town further south, this place is in the middle of nowhere, so don’t expect to be able to get a quick bite to eat or a drink. We came from the north to go to Holiday World, so it ended up being more out of the way, but I thought with the high ratings, it would be worth it. It’s a fine...
