Everything was in great working order. Very kind staff and clean property but we had a broken toilet in our room the entire time we were there and had to fill up our rooms ice bucket just to be able to flush the toilet. It was only our room so not much of an issue and it worked out because we were barely in our room.

Our room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. It is an older building so some things are not perfect but you only there to sleep and relax. Front desk worker was nice and helpful.

Great location right off the highway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for an inexpensive stay, with free breakfast and a pool, while visiting Holiday World, this is the place. It’s sorting noting the hotel is EST, and Holiday World is CST.

I had to last minute switch accommodations as I got spooked where I was. I chose this place because it was cheaper given everything else which I guess lesson learned . I had to wait about 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk while it was dead empty in the lobby. The room was 2 queens when I had picked a single King. One of the beds had a mysterious blood like stain, holes in the comforter, and other mysterious stains as well. Bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned as previous guests hair was visible through the bath tub. Had it not been late and last minute and the only option besides sleeping outside under 500/night (Louder that Life was happening )wouldn’t have stayed.

We ended up leaving, the condition of this hotel was unsanitary. Got off the elevator and there was a section of floor covered by a sheet of plywood with caution tape around it. The carpet in the room was soaking wet under the A/C unit. And the entire place smelled musty and moldy.

We are a family of 6 who stayed in a suite. Upon arrival our oldest wanted to shower and we discovered there was no shampoo and very little conditioner. I went to the front desk to request those items and an extra pillow for the pull out couch and was given very small bottles of 2 conditioners, 1 shampoo, and a mouthwash as well as hand soaps. We arrived late at night and my children were tired and went right to sleep but the next morning we found the blanket they were sleeping on was ripped and had a stain, my spouse took it to the front desk and someone yelled about it in the back before returning with a new one. There were two men at the front desk and I found one to be friendlier than the other, neither wore name tags, but the one with longer hair was not very friendly and appeared to challenge me about all the issues we found.

We found mouse droppings and trash in the elevator! The bed had huge urine stains and blood stains. They refused to give us extra pillows. The rooms smelled of mold. After two people showered we had absolutely no hot water for my children to shower. Breakfast had liquid eggs, no fruit, no pastries (like it advertises) The drink stations were not working, except for the apple juice. The staff were not friendly or hospitable.

There was hair in the beds and the bath tub. Water all over the inside of the fridge from it sweating because it had been turned off. The sheets were very wrinkled and yellow. The pillows were tiny and smelly. The room smelled musty and really bad from the AC being turned for a long time. We ended up checking out a day early because of the poor condition of the room.

The breakfast was not very good and they ran out of items. No one was keeping up with refilling. They ran out of coffee and I was told it was frozen so I had to wait for it to thaw!!! Rooms are only cleaned every 3rd day and on day one I only had 2 coffee packs and 2 cups so on day 3 no coffee in the lobby and I was unable to make coffee in my room. Maid service carts were nowhere to be found so I could get a cup and make in room. AND there is no gym-I hD to go to the YMCA. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was musty smelling. Bathroom didn’t have any air circulation so it was always damp. Constant blinking light on smoke detector was distracting at night. Staff was friendly but seemed short staffed as there was rarely someone at the front desk.

Our bathroom was not cleaned and there were still dirty towels that were hanging on the wall, the back of the door, and over the shower curtain rod. There was a used soap in the shower with a piece of trash from an unknown container. This also made us worried for the fact that there could have been a possibility of our sheets not being clean.
