"Location was perfect and close to all public transportation. He had a problem with a lot of noise from the street on our first night and the staff was very helpful and amenable to getting us transferred to a new room for the rest of our stay. "Wonderful hotel, very beautiful, large rooms, comfortable beds. The staff is welcoming and sincere. Cleaning is thorough and fast. Special thanks to Yulia and all the waiters. We were checked in earlier than expected. When we arrived, everything was already prepared for my children in the room - beds, a bathtub with a thermometer for the baby and a trash can for diapers. There was also food and wine prepared for us as a compliment. The hotel provides a card for free travel on public transport. The restaurant is delicious and there is a children's menu. We liked everything so much that we will definitely return in the summer."

"We stayed for a ski break. We had a hire car, and used it for the various ski areas - which worked really well, but there was also ski bus stop150 metres down the road. The beds are really comfortable, the half board food excellent and we loved the friendly and helpful staff. "

"Excellent place to stay as a family wanting to explore local ski resorts. Fantastic breakfast, pools, spa and fast river a massive hit with all. Only slight and minor query is the food for dinner was good but a touch limited for kids."
