Peaceful bliss but a great location with lots going on as well. I travelled to a lot of Switzerland from Morgins as a beautiful base. I could easily have spent the day on my hotel balcony drowning on the pure mountain air, listening to the cow bells and the chairlift opposite. Owner & wife delightful and helpful along with great staff. Home cooked evening meals available which were excellent but also lots of restaurants available for a change of scene. I might be making it all sound perfect…that’s because it is!

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for a few nights. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, nothing was too much bother. Spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed, very comfortable bed, large room and lovely public areas. The evening meals and breakfast were delicious. The perfect place to ski as the main gondola is just a 2min walk away & there is plenty parking around the hotel. We hope to come back another time!!

This property and the Manager, Charles were far beyond my expectations. The room was impeccable and the service second to none. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. One of my favorite places every to stay.

Ma femme et moi sommes venus par curiosité chez Jan dans le but de nous rapprocher de la Via Ferrata du Saix. L'accueil y est remarquable, les chambres sont su calme, à l'image de Morgins, loin du tumulte de Châtel (et moins cher de surcroît malgré le fait d'être en Suisse). Quant au restaurant, il s'agit d'une adresse à ne pas manquer. La carte est réduite, gage certain de qualité des plats et des produits servis.

Chez Jan, ein Geheimtipp in Morgins

Sehr gemütliches, familiäres Hotel. Sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Gondelbahn, gemütliche Terrasse und Bar. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Bike- und Wandertouren im Sommer. Kleine, spezielle Essenskarte. Essen mit Hingabe hergerichtet und präsentiert, mit Zutaten aus dem eigenen Kräutergarten. Wir werden wieder kommen.
