「There was nobody there when I checked in but they had an electronic check in and key printer. I t worked quick and easy. It would be nice to have a regular coffee machine in the lobby rather than the fancy 1 cup at a time. Overall a great stay.」

Hotel is undergoing renovation. My hall had not been updated and the carpet was worn. I feel I got a very fair price for the not updated room.」
「I booked a Deluxe room with bath tab as non-smoking and paid more than standard room online and paid in advance.
But it was no bath tab and looked like standard room for me.
Also towels and sheets smells a little tobacco for me.
Before check-out time, my husband told the difference between our booked room and price but front staff told him "Expedia will sent us receipt" without apology.
They charged us extra and gave us small room, so I want to return the difference of cost to stay if...
