「Best hotel experience I've ever had. Paolo and Manuela were the perfect hosts and their hotel is extraordinary. We enjoyed the sumptuous room and facilities such as the hot tub and sauna while sipping on a glass of local bubbly. The rooms were very well equipped and very comfortable, the parking is super convenient and it's perfectly situated with incredible views. But the best part was the friendly owners and their beautiful dogs who we got chance to meet. 」

「街の中心地でロケーションは良いが、スタッフの対応は悪い、チェックイン時間内にもかかわらずオフィスに人がおらず連絡がとれない、数泊宿泊するのにアメニティが少なく、自腹でトイレットペーパーを買うことになった、など問題が多すぎる。 This is the worstest hotel I ever stayed. Staff is unfriendly, the place we have to check in is difficult to find because there is no sign “Iceman room”. You have to push the button “Resident Fink” to open the office door and if there is no one in the office, you can’t check in and also can’t ask anything about your stay. We called and sent message via whatsapp, but didn’t get...

"Hotel Tofana Cortina is a newly built hotel surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Dolomites, offering a very satisfying stay in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and quality of service. The entire property is stylish and impeccably clean. The rooms are carefully maintained, and bed-making and towel replacement are done multiple times a day, reflecting the hotel's thoughtful attention to detail. Our stay included dinner, and the evening meals were high in quality with well-presented dishes and a nice variety, allowing us to enjoy local ingredients in a relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast buffet, featuring items such as ham and fruit, was also well-rounded and something we looked forward to each morning. While the desserts and bread were tasty, we felt there is still potential for them to become even better. Another pleasant surprise was the complimentary afternoon snack bar, where guests can enjoy light bites and drinks in a relaxed lounge area—a welcome addition to the overall experience. The spa area is also impressive, offering multiple saunas, a heated indoor pool, and a jacuzzi—all perfect for relaxing both body and mind. The hotel provides shuttle service to the town center and ski lifts, which is especially convenient for travelers unfamiliar with the area. The guest rooms incorporate plenty of natural materials, giving them a warm yet modern feel and ensuring a comfortable stay.
