It should have said in bold and or underlined font “you must come to the office before the property to obtain the key!” The office was difficult to find because in fact it is not in the city of the mailing address, but the adjacent city. This caused hours of confusion and frustration. "Beautiful place, very convenient with a grocery store nearby and the gondola just a short walk away as well as the bus stop to the other ski resorts and train station. The balcony was a fantastic bonus to enjoy coffee in the am/ wine in the pm while admiring the beautiful view! Would absolutely stay there again. "
