「I would give this hotel 11/10 rating. I has already high expectations going there but a was overwhelmed. Let me concentrate on less obvious features which make this hotel so good. It has its own style. It call itself “spirit hotel”. It definitely is. The spa section is excellent. Indoor/outdoor pools/saunas… all new/clean/perfect it definitely was freshly renovated with the great attention to details. And the best of all : their friendly personnel. 「This hotel was nice and everything was great until we got charged twice and they wouldn't work with us at all - I booked a room with 4 beds and we were told we were good to go at night and then got charged for an additional room in the morning without having known that prior.」

「The hotel itself is lovely, very clean and well maintained, but not updated (the bathrooms are old but clean!). The view from the room was outstanding and service was very friendly and prompt. The only real negative was that the bed was very uncomfortable (somehow too hard and too soft at the same time). We stayed in a normal double room with a balcony. 」

「Beautiful hotell with restaurant. Room had huge private balcony with beautiful mountain views. Easily accessible from the road with free parking. Room was very nice but I thought bed was too firm although my husband liked it. Great pillows, comfortable bed linens. Absolutrly lovely buffet breakfast served in a charming large room. Highly reccommend this hotel. Adored the front desk cletk!」

「Our stay at Hotel Pontives was exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious. A great variety to choose from and very generous portions. They were even kind enough to pack us lunch to go upon check out. Location is great and close to many sites and amenities. I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the region. 」
