I had a wonderful experience at B&B Trento, thanks in a large part to the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I made a mistake that led me to the weong location and even ended up calling the emergency number after midnight. Despite the late hour and mix-up, the staff responded with complete respect and patience, guiding me through the situation with understanding and professionalism. For future guests, a quick note. B&B Trento has two sections, "Trento" and "Mia", sobe sure to double check your booking details to avoid any confusion like I experienced. The staff is amazing and ready to help if anything comes up but a little clarity at booking can make your stay even smoother. Thank you B&B Trento, for the warm and accommodating service! Also, my sincere apologies for the guy who answered the emergency phone.

Works for a short stay

Basic but it had a reasonable comfi bed with shared bathroom. Bathroom was nicely renovated. Breakfast was very simple, was lacking knives which was a bit strange. The place is close to the train station and when we arrived at night it felt a bit unsafe to walk to the B&B. In the morning it was much better. Works for a short stay. Parking can be a bit difficult. We found a place 700 meters away.

Vicinissimo alla stazione e al centro, personale molto disponibile e cordiale, tutto pulitissimo. È possibile lasciare il bagaglio sia prima del check-in sia dopo il check-out. Colazione inclusa molto comoda.

una notte durante una vacanza più lunga

pernotto di una notte all'interno di un viaggio più lungo di famiglia per vacanza. la camera da 4 era piccola per una famiglia da 4, soprattutto considerato che era agosto, temperature alte, e non c'era il condizionatore. Colazione completamente "fai da te" con cose messe a disposizione dal b&b. Diciamo che se dovesse ricapitare un viaggio in famiglia, probabilmente sceglierei altrove.

B&B confortevole, pulito e centrale

B&b confortevole (essendo in 5 avevamo un appartamento tutto per noi), con spazi ampi, pulito, bagno ben attrezzato, letti e cuscini ottimi, cucina ben attrezzata. Buono l'assortimento per la colazione, ma qualcosa in più come varietà ci potrebbe stare. Molto centrale come posizione, infatti abbiamo girato la città a piedi comodamente. Davvero contenti

A good place to stay in Trento

Exceptional host who made our stay a highlight of the trip. Check in and check out were easy. Comfortable accommodation with good Italian breakfast. Fridge available in main area for use. A few minutes from the train station. Good affordable accommodation. Would stay here again.
