「This hotel was so easy to get across the street to the airport for our 6am flight, we got to sleep in as late as possible. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The chocolate given at check in and check out was such a kind added bonus. We really enjoyed our short stay that this beautiful hotel. 」

「Staff were wonderful. The facility is sparking clean and what I would call “Balkan glitz”. The parking was easy, the room was medium size (perfect) and totally comfortable, beds weee good. The restaurant is the 2nd star of the show (staff first): amazing dinner and great service. The breakfast was unreal, we are still talking about it a week later. Great option for people driving, seemed far from “town”. 」

「Great staff made sure I feel welcome on my arrival. First my booking was not to be found on their system and they went above and beyound finding it even stayed a few mins after 10pm. Desk is not attended after 10pm. Room quite big and very clean and bed very cosy. 」

「Sehr modern und tolles Zimmer.」

「可愛い感じの内装です。横にスーパーがあり、レストランや観光スポットが徒歩移動できる範囲にあり便利です。駅からはuberなどで500円程度だったと思います。ホテルにはエレベーターがないのですが、チェックイン時間よりも早めに到着しても荷物を預かってくれ、3階の部屋に入れてくれてました。スタッフの人は皆さん親切で、レセプションの方も送迎チケット内容を確認してくれたり、朝食会場の方も出来上がった料理があれば必要かどうかの確認をしてくれます。シャワーブースの水はけが弱いので、水が貯まるのが不便だっただけです。門の解錠番号は事前にメールで送られてきました。レセプションは8時〜20時までなので、この時間に到着できる人にはおすすめのホテルです。」

「Thai is a new hotel in excellent condition. There is air conditioning. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Bear Lake (Medve-to). The indoor spa is tastefully decorated and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.」
