The food at the restaurant was really good, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. -1 star due to the smell of smoke. My room had a strong odor, gave me a headache in the middle of the night. I would stay at this hotel again, however no more than 1 night.

Excellent place to stay if you travel to or from Cluj. The hotel is just across the aeroport, 4-5 minutes walk. Room is clean, modern. Staff and service is outstanding.

Great choice for Cluj Airport

The Sky Airport Hotel is an excellent choice for Cluj airport. It is right across the street from the airport entrance, so no need to bother with a shuttle service. The rooms themselves are quite modern, very clean, and quiet. The restaurant is pretty good for lunch and dinner, so no need to go into town. I cannot comment on the breakfast since I had an extremely early flight and left the hotel at 4AM.

Excellent Stay in Cluj

This hotel could not be easier to get to from the Cluj Airport. I had a very late flight and this was a perfect option. Rental car businesses are not open, so I was able to walk across the street and check into the hotel within 5 minutes. The hotel room was spacious, new, and comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice. I enjoyed my stay!

Top location

After check in at 23:00 at night no food no drinks available at all. The guy from the reception was not allowed to serve a drink from the bar; even though there was no staff … strangr for a 4 Star hotel. The hotel is new, fresh and modern with spacious rooms and nice but simple breakfast. Top location, 100 meters in front of the airport.

Convenient, comfortable, high quality

Extremely convenient for the Airport if one has an early flight. From my alarm to through security via bag drop was ~15minutes. Restaurant is excellent with good selection of beers and wine; the bar was not open late (I think last orders were22:30) but this is not a terrible idea anyway :-) A bit expensive compared to other options in Cluj, so might not be as good if you're looking for a bargain.

My flight arrived at 4am so I welcomed just waling out of the airport and crossing the road. Then when I left I was again leaving the hotel at 4:30am. check in takes 25 mins and I'm by the gate 80 mins before the flight thinking I should've stayed in bed a bit longer. The hotel room was great as brand new. a second floor room which faces the road and airport but there was no noise.

The property is still in the finishing stage. Parking can be a problem. The pavement leading up to the entrance is very rough. Wheeling your luggage can be challenging. The room is clean, near, modern, with energy efficient devices. There's no chair in the room. This was a first for me. Staff is very amiable.

The hotel was clean and new/fresh. We felt really good aboutnthe check in and the property and the staff, until we realized that the air conditioning in the room was basically non functioning. The temperture upon arrival was 24.5. We immediately turned the AC on and attwmpted to cool the room to 19. In about 30 minutes the temp had reached 23.6, but then the temp started rising to 25. We called the front deak and they checked the system on the computer and said that it showed everyrhing was working properly. We waited longer and the temp kept climbong to 25.3. We called the desk again and requested another room. The host said she would attempt to tey to find another room for us and would call rught bqck. We never heard back from her. We finally gave up and opened the window. The room cooled to 23.3 overnight but that was it. It was a miserable warm and sticky sleep. Thankfully we had an early flight. They should not even advertise air conditioning. Also, the shower leaked water and left a large puddle under the bathroom sink. This hotel will be a last resort for us on the next trip. Great location for the airport tho if AC is not a concern for you.
