"The property is wonderful! The location was perfect for us, it is 10 miles north of town so it was quiet and intimate. The staff was AMAZING! I cannot say enough how fabulous every single person (staff) there was. The food at the bar was so fresh and delicious, we have been home for one day and miss it badly. If you are looking for a friendly, clean, relaxing place to stay, this is it."

"This property was exceptionally well maintained and the condo units are spacious and well appointed. The drawback is the location, which is pretty far away from shopping and entertainment, and the transportation to these amenities is limited and sometimes expensive. The staff was WONDERFUL though."

"This was our 3rd time staying in the Dock House at the Chat and Chill. What can I say? It’s been so lovely we have come 3 times, 3 years in a row. We love the low key, no frills, all fun that this place is. Daniel and his family keep this place so well kept and wonderful. They are incredible hosts who are so attentive and kind. Isis’ cooking is simple and wonderful: she home makes her tortillas! Highly recommend her breakfasts too. Daniel has some great tips for places to eat, see, and discover! We had the best private snorkel trip experience with one of Henry’s friends he recommended who took us to Hol Chan and several other dive spots! If you want a cool and quiet experience, with nice people and good vibes this place is for you. It is close-ish to camping with shared bathroom on the beach (very clean!), and a refreshing outdoor shower, so do note the listing description. If you want a bumpin’ party spring break vibe this is NOT the place for you. Stay closer to town! Safe to say we love this place and hope to return for a 4th visit!Up North Tips: In D Wild is a close restaurant serving great local food specials cooked by locals (ask for the Creole Shrimp), we loved going here for food and drinks. Daniel is friends with the owner! Up North is a new spot to eat, drink, and play games like golf, axe throwing etc.Take a trek to Tranquility Bay resort, way up north! You won’t regret the views and bring snorkel gear! Road is rough but worth it! "

"We loved it! Lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea below and around us! Henry and Isis and Daniel were sooo attentive to our every need and whim! The food was great at Chat n Chill, so we didn’t go anywhere else while there except to venture north to swim and beachcomb. Lovely stay!"
