"Property located about 15 min walk from the main Onsen strip but it provides shuttle service to the strip every half hour. Rooms are large and very nice. Most notable is their buffet dinner and breakfast is excellent with various delicacies almost comparable to high end restaurant but with so much more variety."

Lots of information was given to us about the town and they booked dinner for us at a recommended local restaurant which was also lovely. The room was beautiful, all the furniture had been chosen carefully and thoughtfully. Overall amazing stay and one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Japan. "

"Local bus shuttle available to connect with the Ryoken , very warm attentive welcoming from the staff on arrival and during our stay ! Lovely traditional room and dinner / breakfast. No over crowding in the onsen , all amenities available for a comfortable stay."

"This property is a 5/5 for sure, this was a highlight of my trip. Spend a little extra and get the premium suite with the private bath. The staff are all amazing, they are super professional and always helpful. The hotel Onsen is amazing too, its baths + sauna were so relaxing. The danger about staying here is you never want to leave the hotel. "

"The Ryokan is on the main street of Kinosaki -onsen, with great view and easy access to all the public bathhouses. The customer services were really good. They also provide good dinner and breakfast there. And I appreciated that they allowed me to store my luggages even after checkout."

"We had a nice stay in one of the deluxe Japanese rooms. It was a treat for us and we felt well taken care of. We chose the half board option and the food and service felt special. The accommodation is just off the main strip but still very close. We really enjoyed our 2 nights. I would have liked to choose between an upper floor or lower floor as I pictured having a garden attached to our open air bath (I am probably being unrealistic so this is on me!), but it was still very lovely!"
