"This hotel was nicely decorated, modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The family room was very spacious but unfortunately didnt have storage space, so had to live out of our suitcases. This appears to be normal for Japan though. Kyoto station is 10mins walk, Kujo station is 5mins and the bus stop is 5mins. This allowed us to travel all around Kyoto without any issues. I would highly recommend this hotel."

" The property is effectively brand new so everything is in good condition. There were a couple of negative things with the building one was the flooring on the ground and first floors were basically smoothed concrete with settling cracks visible and in the restaurant the entrance to the kitchen was grubby as dirt had become ingrained into the concrete, the other negative was the heat in the communal corridors.
