"This was our fourth time staying at a R9 The Yard Hotel. We found them all great. What we liked most about this one was we had 2 beds. The space is a little tight but worth it for us. They offer you a free frozen meal for each person at check in plus they also have free coffee available 24/7 in the office. Each room has a fridge, mircrowave and kettle."

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional, taking the effort to translate and going the extra mile to support my family during our stay. "Great property! We stayed in the 4 bed family room. It was great to have 2 toilets and the jacuzzi tub. Lots of space for our family of 4, even a large closet! Daiso, Lawson’s, and tons of eateries just down stairs. One stop away from the main Chiba station. No self laundry but we did find a place with huge machines just a 10 min walk away (or 5 min taxi). Breakfast was good but the same everyday. Will definitely stay here again. "
