This is a great stay. We loved our private open air bath and open air shower. The view was beautiful. The staff is so wonderful, kind and helpful. When my friend lost her QR code for a locker with her luggage at a separate location- the staff found it and scanned it and messaged it to us!!! They are life savers. I loved it there

Kamogawa Grand Hotel

Our 2-day stay at the Kanogawa Grand Hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is located on the beach in Kanogawa and our room on the 6th floor provided an awesome 180 degree view of beach. Our room was clean and comfortable and included our own personal outdoor hot water bath (furo) and indoor shower. The room was a Japanese style room with futon beds provided nightly by the staff. A breakfast buffet was included in the cost of the room and provided excellent food variety and deliciousness. The cost of the room was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Kamogawa Grand Hotel to anyone looking for a nice beachfront hotel.

夕飯時がかなり混み合い、席と席の間隔も狭く、人が席のすぐそばを通る為、ぶつかられたりして、落ちついて食事ができなかった。 もう少しゆったりした席でお食事がしたかった です 事前精算が早めにできたので、スムーズにチェックアウトできてよかったです

海沿いの景観も素晴らしく、庭やフロント前のロビーもくつろげる配置だと思います。温泉♨️も広々し、波の音を聴きながらの寝湯が最高でした。季節柄か？少し部屋が乾燥し、暖房を止めても乾燥していました。空気洗浄機⁈が部屋にありますが、帰る時に加湿も出来たのか？と気づいたので、POPなどがあったら良かったかと、思います。窓を開けて換気しましたが網戸がなく、夜中蚊の音で目覚めてしまい、ベープをつけました。0歳と2歳を連れての旅行でしたが、プレイランドが丁度良く楽しめました。また行きたいホテルです。

あまり歩けない80代の母と姉妹が一緒の旅行で初めて利用させていただきましたが部屋までの距離が遠すぎて照明も暗すぎる。椅子の釘が外に出ていて怪我をしそうになりました。部屋の作りが古すぎてカビの匂いがきつい。 レストランのスタッフの対応も個人差があり、気持ちよく食事ができない。 思いやりのなさを感じました。

建物の古さは感じられましたが、部屋の備品もよく整えられており大変過ごしやすかったです。室内が暑かったので冷房をつけようと思ったら、冬シーズンのためか暖房設定しかなく空調調整が出来ませんでした。食事もバラエティ豊富で大変美味しかったです。スタッフの方たちの対応も親切で丁寧でした。駐車場は混み合っていたため、ホテルの道向かいの第2駐車場に止めました。

ベッド🛏️の下に靴下がのこされたり、スタッフの感想台下はホコリがひどかったですがクレーマーになってしまうのでありがとうございました😊 老朽化を一生懸命にリフォームして運営しているのだからなんでも苦情を言ってはいけませんね！ 妻は歌手の響悦子で家具のカネタ屋年末忘年会のような景気が良くなる鴨川グランドホテルをまたみたいです。 妻はボランティアでもイベントあれば応援に行きたいそうです。 頑張って下さい。鴨川グランドホテル🏨

今回プレミアムフロアーの客室を２部屋予約してお世話になりました。１部屋は広くてとても快適に過ごすことが出来ましたが、もう一部屋は部屋に入った瞬間カビの匂いがしていて気分が悪くなりました。換気をして消臭スプレー等で対策しましたが、なかなか取れませんでした。空気清浄機が設置されていましたが、あまり効果はないようです。今後の為に改善されると良いと思います。お部屋自体は掃除等が行き届いているのでもったいないと思います。アレルギーをお持ちの方は注意が必要だと思いました。 その他は、部屋風呂、大浴場、お食事に関しては満足です。

部屋からの景色は素晴らしい。ただ、この時期は暖房しか使えず、外の気温が17度前後でも日差しが入ると室温はかなり高くなり、エアコンが使えないのはかなり厳しい。私達は窓を開け、部屋のドアまで開けたがそれでも部屋の中は暑くて、そこがかなり残念。

ロケーションも良く、部屋も清潔で良かったが、子供連れの客が多くて食事中走り回り不愉快でした。従業員も注意する事なく危ない。 スタッフに注意したが、あちらのお客様からクレームです…みたいな事を言っていた。 外国のスタッフでしたがもう少し従業員教育をしっかりやって欲しい。 料金もけして安くなく2泊したが残念な旅行でした。
