「清潔さと駅からの近さでこのホテルを選びました。期待通りでしたので非 常に満足しています。フロントも24時間対応で、対応も暖かく親切でした。廊下や上の階の歩く音がやや響くので、神経質な方は気になるかもしれませんが、騒がしいといった事は特にありませんでした。アメニティーや最新の設備という意味では充分とは言えませんが、ロンドンは宿泊量が高いのでその点に照らせば値段相応だと思います。全体として大変満足しています。」

「The room was fairly clean although furniture has seen better days. Seafront views are spectacular. Hotel is a 10 minute walk to city centre which is nice if you want to try various places to eat, also there is a nice south west coast trail near by if you fancy a nice walk. The stay was relatively lovely although I would like to stay in other places with a seafront view if I’m to visit Torquay again」

「The hotel is only about a year old so the building and all the fittings and furniture are in as-new condition. The staff were all cheerful and a delight to work with. The food was good both breakfast and the evening meals.
The location right on the foreshore is attractive with lovely views of the sunrise but it is well away from the centre of Torquay. When I arrived Google maps had the location 300 metres too close to the main part of Torquay so you need to check this before setting a route.」

「Disappointed to find things broken in the room on check-in and dirty drawers and carpet. No where to out toiletry bag in bathroom. To be charged £15 a night for parking as we didn't book directly is ridiculous as therebis free parking on the road outside and a m permit carpark next door that charges less.」
