"Incredible experience! Arriving at the hotel makes you feel calm. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to communicate well, but all the staff speak English, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that some of them even knew a bit of Spanish! "Lovely resort and the lodges are very cute and cosy. The staff guided us to our pension in a cart as it's big. There's even a trail for walks and a horse surrounded by tangerine trees. Wish we booked to stay for longer ! Only thing was the kettle was made of plastic and smelled of burning plastic when boiling water. There's not much around so maybe prepare food before coming. "

"Stayed for 8 days. The original room given was too noisy, thanks to Bella from the front desk for her effort and swiftness, I was allocated a quieter room at the north wing. The room was spacious and clean. One of the best bed I have slept on, so comfortable and fluffy. The restaurant at the 12th floor has a modern design. It is spacious with good ambience. Breakfast spread was acceptable. A very good location as mentioned by many reviewers. Overall, I had a great stay !"
