If the breakfast had been any worse I don't think you could have called it a breakfast, Basically, coffee and plain toast with either jam or proceesed cheese slices. What happened to the pastries? "The check in person was very courteous. Everything was well explained including breakfast buffet. Upon initial inspection of the room we found couple of women's hair inside the bed. I called the front desk and they apologized several times. They replaced the entire bed linings. Other than this incident everything was awesome. I can't emphasize enough how everyone working at the hotel were courteous and friendly. The facility is also beautiful. Nice landscape and awesome pool. I highly recommend this true five star hotel."
