This is the perfect hotel if you need time to rest and recharge. The cliff side of the hotel is so beautiful and they make sure to keep the whole hotel peaceful. Breakfast is good and the staff is helpful. I would stay here again.

My only critique is that the TV isn’t a smart TV. I wasn’t able to cast content from my phone or use my streaming apps, and the TV only had three channels available, with just one in English. Aside from that, the hotel was great and I really enjoyed my stay. If you plan to spend some time relaxing in your room and watching shows, I’d recommend bringing a laptop with an HDMI cable or a Chromecast so you have more entertainment options.

I heard continent noise in the early morning outside. Is this nessesary things bc of wild animals? Anwy, it pissed me off.. Dinning options are not qualified.. not meet 5 stars hotel. Fancy pool and kind service were memorable while I staying there.

1.Safety - bottom tiles of swimming pool needs to be repaired. Could've cut and got infured 2. Elevator smells like vinegar 3. Parking lot does not have indication whether it's occupied or not, hard to find a parking spot 4. Spent more than 30 min to get a taxi inbound/outbound. It would be great if Hidden Cliff would arrange a taxi service available for customers

일단 프론트에 있던 직원분 천유은님은 정말 손님의 어려움이 무엇인지 인지하고 바로바로 친절하게 해결해주시는 전문성있는 직원분이시라고 말씀드리고 싶네요. 조금 아쉬운점은 호텔 객실의 상태가 먼지나는 냄새랄까? 신선한 상태라고 말하기엔 조금 부족한 면이 있어서 아쉬웠어요. 하지만 나름 즐거운 시간을 보낼수 있었답니다.

체크인시에 직원이 친절한 느낌은 없습니다. 뷸 불친절하지는 않았지만 불편했고 설명을 빨리듣고 가고 싶었어요. 주차는 자리도 넓고 편했습니다. 초기 오픈빨이 다한지 오래인 것 같고 테마가 가족여행인지 커플여행이지도 애매모호합니다. 산책로 데크도 하나도 관리가 안되어 조명 없고 잡초, 풀이 우거져있어 정비가 필요해보여요. 제일 불편했던건 엘레베이터입니다. 두대뿐이기도 하고 로직을 재검토하셔야 할 정도로 불편하게 운영됩니다. 재방문은 안할것 같습니다.
