Convenient to everywhere! 3 stops on the JE line to either Tōkyō main station or Disneyland. The staff are amazing. The rooms are clean and serviceable. Beds comfy after a long day of sightseeing.

The restaurant on level 9 and the breakfast on level 2 was absolutely spectacular. Highly recommend getting breakfast. Directly next to a train station but is still quiet. Great supermarket just on the other side of the train station too. Staff were very helpful and amenities were amazing.

Clean, friendly staff, very convenient as right across from a train station. Wish the room could be a bit bigger. We are a family with 2 young children. Also there are no other amenities such as swimming pool or gym.

There is always something to do in every corner of Tokyo, so the location did not bother me (as it was noted it was a bit far from other sites). Transportation is easy as there is a train station right across the street. I ran around the "island" twice in the morning, it was great! They have a morning buffet that i went to twice since many restaurants dont open until 10 or 11 am in Japan.The staff are super polite. The facilities were clean.

The hotel was very clean and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and spacious room. It's right next to Shiomi station, with a convenience store attached, and there is also a supermarket on the other side of the station that's open until 1am. We were attending an event at Tokyo Big Sight and this hotel is only a few stations away, so it's pretty convenient. It's also on the same subway line as Disneyland and we noticed quite a few people staying here for their Disney trip. The price is reasonable for a weekend stay. It's a hotel that I would consider staying at again.

Good room size for 3. The rail station is just opposite, with 2 restaurants and a supermarket just beside. Breakfast is good. No foreign TV channel.

Beautiful upgraded suite was a plus
We upgraded to the suite on the 9th floor and that was great. There was a sitting room and large dining table so my daughter and family could relax from a day in Tokyo. The food was not up to par for me. Breakfast was just OK. I wish there was a cook making eggs to order because soft scrambled everyday was not my cup of tea. The dinner buffet was overpriced for what you got. Good thing there was a market across the street to buy fresh made food to take up to room to eat. I enjoyed that better than the hotel food. The mix up with my daughter's breakfast buffet (room 809) was the fault of the front desk and I don't think you should have charged her for the meals after giving us the breakfast coupons. If I knew we were paying for the breakfast, I think I would have gone elsewhere. I didn't think the breakfast buffet was worth the price. Other than the beautiful upgrade we paid for, I do not think I would return to your hotel in the future. There was not enough dining options in the area. The train station being across the street was a plus though

This was a favorite hotel stay in all of Japan. The staff were amazing, efficient, polite and kind. I would stay at this hotel again anytime I was staying in Tokyo as it is an easy train ride to the mail Tokyo JR station.

Nice hotel right across the street from a train station and grocery store. We had a camp/family room which was really big and had a lot of fun extras that kept us entertained on the rainy day we had. Friendly staff, decent breakfast buffet, good on-site lunch and a convenience store in the hotel. Two stops from the Sea Life Park and three from Disney. Not super convenient for Odaiba, but only a 15 min taxi.

The Tokyo East Side Hotel KAIE is conveniently located on a JR line less than 10inches from Tokyo Central Station. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Laundry on-site was an added bonus.

Very nice property for the price - stayed one night as soon as arriving in Tokyo before heading to Kyoto. It's a little further away from most locations though, so if you want to eat anywhere other than at the hotel, it can be a bit pricey for taxis. If you are ok with the Tokyo rail system though, it's literally a few steps away from a train station, so very convenient in that way. No dedicated concierge, but staff was very friendly and willing to help. Their English was just ok, but there was a fluent Korean speaker at the front desk who was very helpful.
