Flexstay inn was accommodating. The staff were very friendly. Although the rooms are small, but we just went to sleep there so we didnt mind. Its about a 15-20 min walk to multiple train lines. Overall our stay here was very nice and we would stay here again in the future

Our stay was fine. You get the real experience of living in a small apartment in Tokyo. We could barely fit the 2 of us in our double room. It had one full sized bed a tiny desk with one chair. We used the chair as our table when we ate. The kitchenette was an induction burner, dorm sized fridge and tiny microwave. It did the job. Our check in was interesting. The staff did not speak any English and my companion spoke a tiny bit of Japanese and we were able to get the very basic information about how to open the front door and where the laundry was. Make sure you have change for the laundry as the do not have a machine to make change. There is NO housekeeping and you have to clean the floors yourself while you are there. It was a great price and excellent location. A tiny walk to the bus and subways.

This hotel reflects its price. Needed it as a last min decision, but if you have a bit more money, stay somewhere else. The place is really dated and feels a bit dingey. Walls are super thin and could hear the neighbours fighting at 3am clearly. The only good thing about the place was the very nice staff that checked us in and out

The stay was ok, the hotel however looked like a prison cell block and nothing really offered to those staying apart from a vending machine and laundry services. Damaged lights and items that didn’t work made the place look untidy and messy. It wouldn’t take much just some care to the property.

If you come by train, it takes about 15 minutes on foot from both Ebisu Station, Hiroo Station, Shirokanedai Station and Shirokane Takanawa Station. We recommend you to use the hotel because the bus access is convenient. Take a train from Ebisu Station on JR and Hibiya Line and Shirokane Takanawa Station on Namboku Line and Mita Line, and get off at the stop "Kitasato Research Institute", and you can arrive in about 1 to 2 minutes on foot. You We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to insufficient guidance. We would like to cover these negative aspects with customer service and spend your time comfortably I will do my best in the future. All staff members are waiting for your visit. Hotel is near to train station
I stayed in the hotel for a total of 8 days. The hotel staffs are friendly and courteous. Will explain to you the terms and conditions of stay in details. The reception counter will be closed after office hour. For late check in just gave a call from the main entrance and the staff will attend to you immediately. Some eateries and 24 hrs supermarts near by the hotel. It is also a walking distance to Ebsui Station or you may take a bus there. The bus stop is about 100 m away from the hotel and it will reach bus terminal at Shibuya station which is very convenient. Overall I am very glad and happy to have selected that hotel. Will definitely stay in the same hotel for my next visit.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Namba station. As an added feature, the hotel has a pillow menu where guests could choose a variety of pillows that they want to use for the night. This is on top of the regular pillows that are already provided inside the room.

Coming in the room feels very small but you remember you're there only to sleep. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They can speak basic english which is good enough to help. They provide you with a map of the area and closest train stations as well. I would definitely chose to stay there again.

The hotel was lovely! It was only a short 10-15 minute walk from the JR or metro lines, and it provided a nice stroll through unique shops and stores. I would recommend this to any looking to be close to all the action in Tokyo but not TOO close.

The room was poor quality for the cost. There are much better chain hotels that are cheaper and in better locations. Stay here ONLY if you have no other choice - for me it was the last room available on expedia at the time.

Not in the heat of the action, but great value
The only negative aspect of this place is that it's about a 12-15 minute walk to Ebisu station. However, from there, it's a 2 minute train ride to Shibuya, and 7 minutes to Shinjuku, so it's far from bad. It's also worth bearing in mind that they are very keen on you notifying them ahead of time if you're planning to check in after 6 pm. I had a transport issue and arrived at 8 pm without having had the chance to notify them, and fortunately a member of staff was on hand to (very helpfully) check me in, but I would watch out for this regardless. The room itself was excellent - clean, surprisingly spacious, and fully stocked with toiletries (soap, shampoo, razor, toothbrush). A robe and slippers were provided. One more thing to note: you can very realistically cook in your room - if you're so inclined - with a surprisingly well-equipped hob and microwave combo as well as a good stock of utensils.

Room was small, dark, and never felt clean. I've stayed in a large handful of Tokyo hotels and they are all small, but this one felt smallest because the only clothing storage was a standing clothes hanger (no closet) and zero drawers anywhere. The "kitchen" had a cutting board and knife that were useful, but the plug-in burner wouldn't have been good for much more than boiling water. All 3 subways are about 15 minute walk from the hotel (fine in cooler weather but unbearable in humid summer). I avoided the front desk as much as possible because they always seemed rude and annoyed by me. The bed had no top sheet, and a huge warm fluffy comforter. Would have loved it another time of year, but even with very effective air conditioning I would frequently wake up from the unbearable heat.
