Excellent lication to visit DisneySea and Disneyland. 5min walk to JR Maihama station amd Ispari mall with good food iutlets and shops and cinems. Bonus eatly patk entry and free shuttle bus to and from parks. Also allows you to buy magic pass for patk hopping on all days as a disney hotel guest.

We loved the amenities and the hotel so close to Disneyland

The hotel is beautiful. Right at the entrance of the Disneyland Park, you receive an early entrance pass which makes a huge difference to book your rides. Cute amenities to bring home are refilled every day

They were very helpful and friendly. We felt spoiled with everything they provided. All the staff were very attentive. We would recommend it to anyone!

Property is close to Disney Parks. They have a shuttle in the morning and evening to train station near Disney. 5 minutes to Tokyo Disney, 15 to Disney Sea, though you can ride monorail for $300 yen, about $2 US as of this writing. 1 minute walk to Ikspirari, aka downtown Disney. I really liked the shuttle service. Having been in the busiest parts of Tokyo, I looked forward to the quiet and natural surroundings of this property. If I want a mall, supermarket or train station, the free shuttle provides the transportation. A fabulous hotel if you're planning days at Disney Sea and /or Disneyland. Very convenient.

Definitely coming back here the next time I visit and probably staying here the entire time. Sure you’re a bit further away from other tokyo cities but this place was so roomy and the stay was so amazing. Made the trip for us!

The hotel is super clean and the stuff is very professional and helpful. It's located close to Disney parks and has frequent shuttle bus to the parks for hotel customers to use for free. Strongly recommended for those visiting Disney Japan!

Great friendly staff and clean place. Breakfast is basically just convenience store foods but it’s free, so won’t complain.

We slept 2 nights at this hotel to go to Disneyland and Disney sea. There is a free shuttle from Maihama bay station which is very convenient. It is very easy to access both parks and having a noon check out is amazing. Beds are comfortable, room is spacious. There is a small convenient store in the lobby to purchase snacks and a bakery for croissant and other breakfast breads items. Rooms have lots of space, breakfast has variety and onsen is great after a long day of exploring the city

I liked how spacious the room was, and the bathroom, it’s not a walk to the Disneyland park but a short taxi ride or the shuttle was close by. There was a park walking distance, the area felt very calm compared to Tokyo

The hotel was great all around. The transportation to Disney Parks was the deal breaker. So convenient! The shower/body products provided were wonderful. Perfect stay.

Nice and clean facilities, good for explorers that will spend most of the day outside and come back for a good shower and rest. Breakfast options are limited but you can also cook. There are stores in the area, one just crossing the street with many options. Location is great for the metro station.
