"Property is nice, room is typical of Japanese rooms small barely enough room for luggage. This place is very very far from everything except disney, and only shuttle is to disney and the the train station by disney. Otherwise its a long bus ride to shopping. All the restaurants open at odd hours and offer very limited food options. There is a food court close by connecting a grocery store that does off lots of food options that is about 20 minute walk. Unless you like bike paths and ocean with nothing close by this would be good. Otherwise not ideal unless you have a car"

"Great spot if you are planning to put in some time at Disney! Free shuttle in the mornings and evenings to Disney and Disney Sea which was great for the kids. great restaurant in the hotel and rooms where very clean, new, and spacious compared to others closer to Tokyo. This area gave me California Disney area Vibes, Was super awesome. If the plan is to travel into Tokyo and Shabuya crossing area more often this hotel is a little bit far, we did two days at Disney and two free days to travel into downtown Tokyo which was perfect. we booked a separate hotel closer Downtown Tokyo later in our trip so we could access spots more easily. This hotel is great Spot for Disney! Highly recomend ! "

"I was very satisfied with the location, facilities, cleanliness, and soundproofing. I believe it is a very good hotel for the price. However, I was not aware that check-in was self-service. It might create a more positive guest experience if the staff warmly welcomed guests, confirmed whether it was their first visit or a return visit, and then guided them accordingly through the self-check-in process. Nevertheless, if I visit this area again, I would certainly choose this hotel again."

"I picked this property for the price and shuttle to Disneyland. The check-in was super easy and the front desk was nice and welcoming. I felt welcomed. The room was clean, beds were oh so comfortable. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms so that was convenient. Fresh towels and toiletries provided daily and the beds were made daily. There is a shuttle to Disneyland and Disney Sea. There is a shuttle just a few minutes walk away to Haneda Airport but you have to make a reservation. There is a 24 hr Lawsons connected to the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I recommend staying at this hotel. "

"Not really. If you wanted to cook you'd need to get cooking utensils etc., however, there are so many shops, restaurants and takeaways immediately outside there is no need to cook."

"The room was spacious new and clean had a beautiful view of the bay. Breakfast was fresh. The only complaint was there was couple of minutes of elevator wait it seems everyday. Enjoyed the hot tub, available towels and hair products. There was a small grocery store, and bar in the building and nearby restaurants. The trains was not to far and available taxi outside. "
