"Room was spotless. I didn’t even find the obligatory random long black hair that’s in every hotel room in the world. The staff was extremely nice. It was quiet so we slept well. The room doors have slow closing hinges that should be mandatory in every hotel (prevents the slamming of doors by guests and staff when they’re cleaning). Can’t stress how much that keeps the noise levels down. Bathroom was amazing. Shower and sink's had great water temperature and pressure and even the side nozzles for a car wash affect. Note: we were in a suite. The bus/train station is close by and plenty of options to eat. The only down side is it’s on the outskirts of Tokyo so if you’re doing things in Tokyo you might have a 30 minute expensive taxi ride or an hour cheap train ride. But the hotel is great. And the breakfast buffet is wonderful. They have a great French toast station which is amazing. Even the scrambled eggs in the bin were rich and creamy instead of the usual dry and rubbery. Loved it. "A capsule/pod hotel with a wonderful onsen and bath facility. Very near metro line tho outside Tokyo city. Smooth, direct 35 minutes to Disney parks. "

"Mrs. Nakamura was very communicative, helpful, and extremely generous providing delayed check out. The check in process went very smoothly, with photos of the hotel and street numbers making it especially for foreigners. The hotel was a short 10 minute taxi ride from Makuhari Messe convention center making it convenient. She did offer two bicycles as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, making it easy to get a good nights rest. Overall highly recommended!"
