Loved how close the hotel was to the train station, maybe about 1 minute walking! The staff were very nice, as well as the housekeepers being very polite. The room was very clean and tidy. And there’s also a lot of things to do near the hotel. Would stay at again!

It's a nice place. Train station is close because the hotel is kind of connected to it. There's a lot of multistory malls within a 5 minute walk. Lots of places to eat around. The only thing I can think that was a problem was finding the front desk to check in. You have to use the elevators next to the Denny's on the 3 floor. Front desk is on the 6th floor if I remember right. Overall a nice stay!

Great cost performance

It was great cost performance place. The room was a little small so i couldn't comfortably open up my suitcase. Trousers press machine was a bit wrinkled but I enjoyed it cuz it was in the room. In the room was also an air purifier which I liked. It costed ~50usd per night. The coffee they provide was very nice actually.

Great location, hotel.

Great location. Close to many restaurants and stores. Quick access to the JR station. Breakfast was a coupon to use at Denny's or BK. The only thing that was annoying was is that the elevator stopped at 6 everytime. Even if I was going from 1 to 7.

This is a "business hotel" so the room sizes are small and the amenities are minimal. There is very little storage in the room for anything beyond a stay of a day or two, although you can make it work if you're creative. If you haven't been in this type of hotel this can be a little shocking. However the location is amazing with direct access to a major train and bus station (JR Tsudanuma). You can be anywhere important very quickly and with minimal train changes (often with a direct/rapid route if timed well). The area has plenty of shopping and food close by with good service hours. There is a Denny's in the building. The Denny's in Japan are really good with lots of options. The hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful. None of them spoke English fluently but we were able to figure things out with google translate, pointing, and describing. They sincerely wanted to help and were always positive and willing to work to figure things out. They were great folks to work with. While not a luxury hotel this is the best option to be close to Narashino or the surrounding areas. It's a lean and super-efficient hotel option with great staff and a very clean facility.
