Air conditioning in the middle of Europe’s heatwave that I had to turn down, it worked so well. The staff spoke English, which was helpful and they were very accommodating. The room was large, with a sitting area and a heated tile floor in the bathroom. My only complaint would be the slight smell of cigarette smoke emitting up from the basement casino.

We had an amazing 2 night stay. The staff were very helpful, ordering taxis, etc. The room was very clean and comfortable. The WiFi was excellent, never had a problem. We had an early morning excursion so they offered us a takeaway breakfast, which was great.

"The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask).
