Expect icy roads on the way up. Sanding had been done but anticipate a slow drive. Absolutely fascinating to see the Timberline Lodge - even if the clouds obscured the view of the mountains! Worth the trip.

Would have loved to do some hiking but the only trails they had open were bike trails.

Saw Multnoma sp? Falls and the lodge. Best to leave early in the morning to avoid no parking spaces. Can get very crowded

Green trail "west end trail" rocked, but leaves you two far away from lodge; had to take 2 lifts up from trail end and crooss rough terrain to get back to lodge. If only they would make fast return to lodge from west end trail
