It's just a student accommodation thats been opened up for use during the summer. It's a nice area. Felt very safe and has some food and shopping nearby. Probably a 20 minute walk from the station and city centre. The accompdation was nice, modern and comfortable. Not as good as a traditional hotel and definitely not as quiet/sound proof. When people entered the building the door opening and closing was very loud. They gave me 1 towel for a 4 night and said they'd charge me €5 for a clean towel. So from a hygienic point of view not good at all. It's a cheap enough accommodation but wouldn't stay again. It did what I needed it to.

I had a wonderful visit at this property. Traveling from the US as a single traveler I felt safe, welcomed and comfortable. The grounds were lovely gated and private yet close enough to everything. The accommodation was roomy, tastefully decorated and the manager was warm and helpful. I highly recommend.

The room was comfortable and the staff, both at the front desk, in the restaurant, and on the ckeaning team were warm and helpful.
