"Lovely clean hotel, staff friendly, lovely roof top pool area with bar, that does snacks, ask at reception for towel to use at pool. Great location main bus depo 8mins walk. Bus from Arrecife airport 10mins to depo. and €1.40. Stayed half board, very happy with choice for food, food was good. LargeTV with access to netflix. Gym on roof top as well, didnt use. Open mall 25mins walk away."

"Great hotel. Very well located near the marina restaurants. Staff were lovely, always smiling and going out of their war to help. We went "preferred" which gave us access to a minibar with beer, soft drinks and crisps while also had access to a snack room with sandwiches and other snacks - this was great value for money. Rooms were a good size, shower was superb and lovely pool area. We would def come here again."

"I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. "We have just returned from our new year break at the hotel which was booked last minute. On arrival we were offered any drink whilst we had our booking checked and the staff were super friendly. Our room wasn’t ready as we arrived earlier than check in time but we used the hour to familiarise ourselves with the hotel and the local area. We booked a sea view suite which was marvellous though did ask for robes, tissues and iron and ironing board which were brought up to the room straight way. We had booked on a B and B basis but as we were staying over New Year the gala dinner on NYE was included and was amazing . Nati and the team were fantastic and so accommodating and friendly, they really work hard at ensuring the guests have a great time and are fed well! The entertainment on NYE was fun . We loved the saxophonist, flame dancer who was also the compare and great and the ABBA ladies who had everyone up dancing! The atmosphere was wonderful. The pools were pretty chilly despite two being heated but we didn’t mind. Invigorating is the word! Plenty of sun loungers and the place was never crowded just as we like it. We had gone to chill out and regroup ready for 2026 and the place is perfect for this. It is not for those looking for nightly rowdy entertainment nor big loud groups. There isn’t any music around the pool areas during the day which was fine for us as we listened to our own via headphones. The hotel is immaculate. We loved our stay and will return! Thank you "
